The company of “Genuine Horice Rolls” was founded in 1999, when this company bought business shares from the then traditional producer of Horice rolls. The new owner immediately started a huge transformation of the company and during the first year the company grew into one of the most important producers of this famous and popular confectionary as well as into a significant supplier to actually most of chain stores in the Czech Republic as well as in Slovakia; namely in both its own and in private wrappings.

Nowadays the company is undergoing significant changes of its image. The impulse for these was the acquiring of a copyrighted geographical mark “Horice rolls”, to which we had been aspiring for a long time. By this act our products became unique all over Europe and the company has lost its interest in the support of the discount production in private wrappings. The production of new rolls, made according to original high-quality recipes, was started in May 2007. These are produced in new wrappings.

The company marketing reacted to this new situation by introducing a brand new design of the company presentation. New products in series GENUINE, GENUINE WHOLEMEAL, GENUINE STREWN became hits in 2007.
